Peacey

Peacey, real name Richard Peace, is a UK DJ, producer and artist whose musical journey spans decades of club culture, vinyl and deep-rooted influences from house, garage, hip-hop, jungle, soul and R&B.

His path began with an early fascination for vinyl before developing through the UK club and pirate-radio scenes of the 1990s. Over the years he has built a reputation for thoughtful, groove-led DJ sets and detailed production, with appearances ranging from respected underground parties to Ministry of Sound.

Peacey is closely associated with Atjazz Record Company, where his debut album Play It By Ear showcased his broad musical palette and featured collaborations with artists including Atjazz and Clyde. He has also worked with Craig Smith, bringing together soulful house sensibilities with influences from garage, hip-hop and fusion.
