Elliot Eastwick

Elliot Eastwick is a British DJ, producer and one of the original founders of Manchester’s influential Paper Recordings. His story is deeply woven into the city’s club culture, beginning at the legendary Haçienda before establishing himself alongside Miles Hollway as a resident at the celebrated Hard Times parties.

Together, Hollway & Eastwick became an important part of the UK’s 1990s underground house movement, while Elliot’s production work included Salt City Orchestra, whose music and remixes reached artists including Underworld, Moloko and Marshall Jefferson.

From the Haçienda and Hard Times through to Paper Recordings and beyond, Elliot has spent decades immersed in soulful, deep and forward-thinking house music. Behind the decks, his sets draw on that extraordinary musical heritage while retaining the instinct, personality and sense of adventure that comes from a lifetime spent on dancefloors and in DJ booths.

A genuine piece of UK house music history — and still very much about the music.
